Rules of the road.

01 Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using the CricLive mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CricLive. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

03 Your Account

You may sign in to CricLive via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may not share account access with others without our permission.

You can delete your account at any time from the App: open the menu drawer → Delete account → confirm.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the App
• Upload or transmit harmful, malicious or offensive content
• Spam or harass other users of the App
• Interfere with or circumvent the App's security features
• Use the App to process or facilitate fraudulent financial activity

05 User Content

You own the cricket data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant:

• Members of your groups the right to view shared expense and settlement data
• Ninja Tech Solutions a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely to operate and improve the service

You are responsible for ensuring that cricket data you enter is accurate and does not violate the privacy or rights of others.

06 No Financial Advice or Payment Processing

We are not responsible for any financial disputes between users or for the accuracy of any settlement amounts agreed between group members.

07 Service Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, service changes, or data loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

08 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and all content created by us, is owned by Ninja Tech Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the App.

The CricLive name and trademark may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written permission.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ninja Tech Solutions' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or
• ₹1,000

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data or financial loss.

11 Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Sections 5, 8, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination of these Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
