If a clear majority gives the same answer, every player in that group earns a cow. If everyone matches, or there's a tie for the biggest group, no cows that round.
Give the only answer different from everyone else and you're handed the Pink Cow. You keep it until someone else becomes the odd one out — and you can't win while holding it.
The first player to reach 8 cows wins — as long as they're not stuck with the Pink Cow at that moment. It's the great equaliser that keeps every game close.
